Throughout his career, Ben has overseen all facets of design, processing, and coordination for a multitude of construction endeavors. These projects span a diverse range, encompassing high-end single-family residences, industrial parks, collegiate facilities, retail hubs, multi-unit dwellings, parking infrastructure, and residential subdivisions varying in scale from modest two-lot parcels to expansive, phased developments comprising several thousand lots.
Ben’s tenure as an in-house engineer for a regional land development and homebuilding company spanning 15 years affords dk Engineering’s clientele a distinct advantage. His firsthand experience representing the developer’s interests has endowed him with invaluable insights into the engineering lifecycle from the client’s perspective.
