dk Engineering, along with Continental Retail Development (CRD) developed the initial The Streets of Brentwood project. This project is located on 55 acres at the Northeast corner of State Hwy 4 and Sand Creek Road in Brentwood, CA. Sand Creek Road is currently the most well-traveled route through the area because it provides a central access to the city’s downtown district and connects the city to nearby communities. The Streets of Brentwood project is anchored by retail shopping, a multiplex movie theater, a grocery store, a bookstore and restaurants. CRD also set aside 1.5 acres for green space that is used for concerts, community events and other activities.
The Streets of Brentwood project opened in fall of 2008. This 460,000sf lifestyle center in Brentwood California includes AMC Theaters, Victoria’s Secret, DSW, Talbot’s, Hollister, Hot Topic, GameStop, and over 50 additional retailers.
dk Engineering continues to provide design for the remaining out parcels as the Streets of Brentwood move towards full buildout.
