dk Engineering designed the parking lot for efficient student drop off and pick up. A portion of the parking lot was also graded for sports courts. This area was surrounded by parking islands that were utilized for bioretention treatment areas to treat stormwater runoff from the parking lot. New storm drain was also designed to convey runoff from the bioretention areas to the City storm drain system.
dk also designed the utilities, fine grading and access for a new Adoration Chapel, adjacent to the existing church.
