With approximately 67,500 square feet of retail on 10.3 acres, it is anchored by the Smart and Final, BevMo!, and Larkspur Landing Hotel. Currently managed by Reynolds and Brown, it remains a commercial center in Pleasanton with a continuously high occupancy percentage.
