Pacific Ridge is envisioned as a high quality, 63 lot single-family neighborhood designed in harmony with its surrounding context of preserved open space, stream corridors, hillside grasslands, and adjacent single-family homes. The site plan integrates a sensitive, land-based approach including use of split pad housing types to minimize grading; preservation of existing streams and groves, and drought-tolerant landscaping that will establish a lasting and beautiful residential setting. The project site is located just to the north of Highway 92 and east of Highway 1, at the end of Terrace Avenue, in Half Moon Bay, California.
dk Engineering is the lead consultant on the Pacific Ridge at Half Moon Bay project. This project required the coordination and approval of numerous agencies including, but not limited to, the California Coastal Commission, Coastside County Water District, the Coastside County Fire Protection District, and the City of Half Moon Bay. dk Engineering played an integral part in obtaining approval of the Modified Coastal Development Permit and assisted in obtaining the final permit from the California Coastal Commission.
