Kingfish at 5239 Claremont is a 5-story mixed-use building (2 Retail Units, 33 Condos/Apartments, and Parking Garage) in the Lower Rockridge neighborhood, located between Telegraph and Claremont Avenues just north of 52nd Street. The Project consists of 33 residential condominium units and amenity space above an at-grade parking along with ground floor retail spaces on Claremont Avenue. Oakland-based Signature Development Group was the developer behind this project. Initially approved back in 2007, the mixed-use development is within walking distance to many Temescal restaurants.
