dk Engineering was involved with the initial planning and subsequent design and staking, including coordinating the reconstruction of Refugio Creek from a straight man-made canal to a natural free-flowing creek. The designs needed to relocate several pre-existing utilities that traversed the site, as well as preserve 31 acres of natural wetlands.
