The mixed-use project is located at 2401 Broadway in Oakland. The general development in the vicinity consists of retail and commercial structures. 2401 Broadway opened in 2022 and includes a 7-story hotel and multi-family residential project with retail on the ground floor. A below-grade pit parking system up to 10 feet in depth was constructed on a portion of the site; the pits accommodate parking stackers. Construction of underground utilities, retaining walls, flatwork, and landscaping were also a part of the development.
