Phoebe is a civil engineer with four years of experience and a strong academic foundation from the University of California, Davis, where she earned dual bachelor’s degrees in Civil and Environmental Engineering. She has extensive experience in private developments such as subdivisions and apartment complexes, as well as public projects, including utility rehabilitation and roadway improvements. Phoebe is efficient in developing comprehensive construction documents, including grading and sewer designs, and stormwater calculations, all adhering to county and city guidelines across the Bay Area. Recently at dk Engineering, Phoebe has been focused on developing Storm Water Pollution Prevention Plans (SWPPPs) and conducting hydrology analyses. She excels at efficient problem-solving, seamlessly integrating technical solutions to deliver cohesive and functional designs.
Outside of work, Phoebe enjoys expressing her creativity through hobbies like sewing and crafting, as well as diving into a good book. She loves spending quality time with her husband and friends, whether exploring new places, enjoying a cozy evening, or attending musical theater performances.
