Michael Baltazar recently graduated from the University of the Pacific with a Bachelor of Science in Engineering Management with an emphasis in Civil Engineering. His work experience to date has been centered in the Land Surveying field. In the public sector, he was involved with construction staking and traverse surveys of wastewater collection systems. Currently he is expanding his knowledge and skills as a Survey Technician as he works on topographic and ALTA surveys and base maps primarily for solar and wind farm projects.
In his free time he enjoys archery, reading, attends concerts and comic conventions, and goes on scenic road trips with friends.
