Lillian Xie graduated from UC Davis with a bachelor’s degree in Civil and Environmental Engineering. She has been working in the land development industry for almost 3 years. The bulk of her experience is in residential subdivisions, with projects ranging from small developments to large master planned communities. Her skills include underground utility design, grading and drainage, stormwater control, street design, and land planning. She is involved with all stages of a project, from entitlements to construction documents.
Outside of work, Lillian enjoys spending time with family, friends, and her two dogs. She also likes exploring new cuisines, traveling, hiking, and reading.
