From the receptionist to the Vice President, everyone I interacted with swiftly engaged to listen to our issues and treated our business like we were their most valued customer. The team managed to schedule surveying, complete minor plan changes (including modification of elevations and specific plan details), and produce as built revisions in addition to using their relationships with the local AHJ’s (Authority Having Jurisdiction) to submit for review/approval of plan changes. They had all of these items wrapped up in less than 24 hours on three separate RFI topics – which in my 30 plus years in the Construction Industry, I have rarely heard of!
