1995 Arnold Industrial Way

Concord, CA

Developer: BCM Construction

The 1995 Arnold Industrial Way project involves the construction of a warehouse and distribution center for gourmet foods on the southeast parcel (Parcel ‘C’) of the new Concord Industrial Center, which is located immediately east of Lowe’s home improvement store on Arnold Industrial Way, Concord, CA. The property is vacant, except for the east driveway (the west and north driveways being outside the property limits) and an existing bioretention filter that was designed and built with the improvements for the entire industrial park. The vacant portions of the property are graded dirt with little or no vegetation.

It is proposed to develop this largely vacant site into a fine food warehouse from which Boar’s Head gourmet foods will be distributed to stores around the Bay Area. The improvements will consist of a large, refrigerated warehouse building with offices, a depressed truck loading bay, concrete walkways, asphalt parking and drive-aisles, and landscaping. The project has been approved and construction is in progress.
