Wilder is a luxury home community within Orinda, California, developed by Davidon Homes. The project offers a limited collection of 245 custom homes on lots averaging a half-acre in size. The winding entry road reveals natural open space, tree-studded hillsides and gorgeous custom homes that blend seamlessly with the surrounding land, successfully using thoughtful land planning and preservation of sensitive habitat in harmony with nature.
The project incorporates multiple amenities such as 1300 acres of dedicated open space, an extensive network of trails and pathways, an art and garden center, private swim and recreation center, five community playfields, and convenient access to BART.
