dk Engineering is proud to partner with Lewis Communities on the Sycamore Crossing project located between San Pablo Avenue, Sycamore Avenue and Tsushima Streets within Hercules, California. As the Civil Engineer, our company has been an integral part of the project team from the start. We are currently providing planning/design services and assisting in developing the site to create a mixed-use community incorporating single-family residential homes, a hotel, a commercial shopping district for the community, along with a number of open space areas.
The development of the shopping district within this mixed-use community will benefit the Aventine Apartments located across the street and the greater community near Sycamore Crossing. dk Engineering does its part to contribute to the economic and social benefits while offering convenience to the community. With projects like Sycamore Crossing, we look forward to continuing to serve the residents of Hercules by designing our surroundings in an environmentally responsible way.
